Product Introduction

Erythritol appears as a white crystalline powder, clear to almost clear, colorless. Its sweetness is pure and refreshing, and its taste is close to that of sucrose. The sweetness of erythritol is about 70% that of sucrose, and it has good fluidity because it does not absorb moisture.
