Product Introduction
Erythritol is a polyol that occurs naturally in fruits such as pears, melons and grapes, and can also be found in other foods such as mushrooms and in wine, soy sauce and cheese. Erythritol appears as a white crystalline powder, clear to almost clear, colorless. Its sweetness is pure and refreshing, and its taste is close to that of sucrose.
