Sorbitol

Sorbitol is a non-volatile polysaccharide alcohol with stable chemical properties and is not easily oxidized by air. Sorbitol is widely distributed in natural plant fruits and is not easily fermented by various microorganisms. It has good heat resistance and does not decompose at high temperatures (200°C).

Application
